Steve Bradford (RAW DIP MSMA MSST)

Steve qualified as a clinical sports therapist in 2008 and graduated from the Raworth College of natural, nutrition and sports therapies. He has a background in health and fitness as a qualified Personal trainer and group exercise instructor with over 12 years experience in the fitness industry working for Nuffield health, Virgin Active, Greenwich Leisure, Les Mills International and David Lloyd Leisure as a freelance trainer. Steve is a member of the Sports Massage Association, The Society of Sports Therapists and The Register of Exercise Professionals (level 3).

Treatments

Steve specializes in treating soft tissue injury causing pain or dysfunction. These include back pain, neck pain, trapped nerves, repetitive strain injuries, whiplash, ligament problems, tendon problems, sports injuries, headaches, fractures, joint replacements, muscle tears, strains or ligament sprains.

The Goal

The aim of every treatment is to always get you back to full functional activity as quickly as possible. This maybe daily activities, work related issues or sports related performance. Whatever the reason for you coming to see him, the goal remains the same, to get you back to full fitness as quickly and effectively as possible.

The Treatment

Treatment may involve joint mobilisations, massage, strengthening and rehabilitation or ultrasound therapy. Steve will assess your injury and tailor a specific plan of treatment for each individual.

By using soft tissue and joint mobilization, co-ordination and balance activites, stretches and massage, Steve will build a rehab programme designed to get you back to full pain free activity.
